Lemon Juicers: Our juicers are based on a century old design used in English kitchens. After selection and preparation the raw stock goes through fifteen separate machining operations before it is ready to be mounted in the lathe for shaping of the handle. It is then hand sanded through three different grades, before finishing with a blend of food safe oils.
